To offer our 100% Guarantee, all Family members must be checked and deemed lice-free from Hair Fairy Godmother (even family members in divided houses), and we must treat any family members who have been found to have lice or nits. If you decide not to have every family member in the household checked/treated by Hair Fairy Godmother or follow our after care instructions our Guarantee is VOID. 

When the Hair Fairy Godmother leaves, you and your child are no longer contagious. In fact, your child can return to school immediately following treatment.

You are Guaranteed to be lice and nit-free when you follow and adhere to the simple follow-up treatment plan given to you by the Hair Fairy Godmother. Your treatment combined with the follow-up will eradicate all lice infestations. It is normal to comb out debris for a few days following a treatment.  A few nits, nymphs, or dead lice do not warrant a return visit. All this will be explained after treatment as well. 

If lice are found within the 7 day after care, We will come back and provide a FREE retreatment. Travel charge will apply. Any other family member with lice would be charged full price if you request treatment for them. If you follow the 7 day after care procedures and are clear during this time, however find lice later, it is possible you have contracted lice again by a 3rd party. 

Re-infestation from a third party does not constitute a free treatment. Following our detailed follow-up recommendations and procedures will eliminate any issue that may arise from re-infestation. If Hair Fairy Godmother is requested to return to a home due to the presumption that a nit has been found, and no evidence of lice is found by us, you will be charged the minimum charge of $20 plus any applicable travel fees. Hair Fairy Godmother will not treat you for free simply because you think you still have lice. 

Evidence of lice must be displayed for free treatment.
